Reducing Mental stress

The hustle and bustle of the world today puts everyone on constant pressure of being up to speed, therefore we are constantly stressing about meeting up deadline, completing task and staying financially abreast. Stress isn't always a bad thing as studies show people work better under pressure.
     Mental stress could be a cause of many sickness from constant headaches, fever, and even hypertension in prolonged mental stress. It could also lead to disruption in our emotion like being moody, feeling of loneliness and general unhappiness. So it expedient to recognize when you have reached the stress limit that your body system can control. Sometimes we are under stress and we don't even realize it, you just find your getting angry over little thing that could be sign of mental stress also. So what are the ways we could manage or handle mental stress?
      Reducing mental stress is possible but might take you some time. Here are a few tips to reduce mental stress.
1) Give yourself time to relax.
2) Take a vacation.
3) Exercise regularly.
4) Eat healthy diets.
5) Sleep at least 6-8 hours per day.
6) Do something fun like hanging out with friends and family or go to an amusement park
   Dont let stress get the best of you.
